Customer Problem

Components of core product were sourced from offshore. This has risk and cost issues that would impact customer’s client. Any delay for client has the potential to impact funding at the project acceptance stage (following pilot).

What we did

Developed drawing and re-engineered the design to enable key risk components to be made at a lower cost and faster turn around for the customers.

Risk management – which included reduced lead time and reliance on single supplier. Overall cost saving.
