In-field product failure in highly remote areas where failure puts site at risk of shutdown.
Product design was seen as leading to in-field failure. Sort expertise in how to adhere tungsten carbides to the product to reduce product failure.

What we did

Reviewed design and redesigned product working with the client to incorporate manufacturing changes that improved wear-life and produced a quality that reduces cost for manufacture and on-going maintenance. $$ Assisting customer to manage their risks more effectively in the field.
