Customer Problem

To ensure the product (food processing line) meets their client’s requirements and is able to be delivered and installed on site by third-party assembly in remote locations (regional WA and international operations), where they would not have access to manufacturing support for rectification and where delays and rework were costly due to need for urgent air freight, LDs and delay to commissioning.

What we did

Designing and manufacturing the equipment and process lines to meet the requirements for the customer food processing system ensuring it was easy to install and of a quality of finish that ensured there were no delays or issues on site with assembly.

Delivered on time and assembly for our section of the project achieved its timeline without any issues on site.
